I am a 16 year old female that weights apx. 135 lbs and its about 5'5. I am desperatley seeking to improve my athletic ability (i play lacrosse) and tone up. 2 weeks ago, I started an exercise routine:
- Jog/Run on the treadmil for a mile.
- Lift weights for about 15 min.
- Do Ball exercises for 20 min.
- 150-200 crunches.
- 100 calf rasies
- tricep dips
- other various exerices
I want to know if i am doing the right exercies and if this routine will help me tone up and build muscle. I will gradually increase the amount I run as I get in better shape. Any advice would be great and very helpful, because I want a change in my body!
