In need of advice

I am a 16 year old female that weights apx. 135 lbs and its about 5'5. I am desperatley seeking to improve my athletic ability (i play lacrosse) and tone up. 2 weeks ago, I started an exercise routine:

  • Jog/Run on the treadmil for a mile.
  • Lift weights for about 15 min.
  • Do Ball exercises for 20 min.
  • 150-200 crunches.
  • 100 calf rasies
  • tricep dips
  • other various exerices

I want to know if i am doing the right exercies and if this routine will help me tone up and build muscle. I will gradually increase the amount I run as I get in better shape. Any advice would be great and very helpful, because I want a change in my body!
