HELP for flab

I have just lost 80 pounds on weight watchers, and have a ways still to go. I am exercising regularly but wondered about the dreaded embarrassing hanging flabarms belly EVERYWHERE. Can anything other than surgery which I cannot affordhelp to reduce it?
