High Body Fat despite exercise/diet changes

Cycling and windtrainers for weight loss
I have recently purchased a bike and wind trainer with the aim of loosing some weight - i have been going OK with it but im a bit lost in terms of how far (distance) or long (time wise) i should be riding for.. can you give me some guidance with the aims i should have?

I have lost 84 pounds in the last year and a half and feel great. I do have a "flab" problem with my arms and thighs. Is there something I can do about this? Or will it take surgery to correct? Gymnastics
I am a 20 yr old female that was in gymnastics for 10 years. I have developed the biggest thighs (containing muscle). I have never been able to get rid of them. I just want straight fit thighs not huge thighs. What can I do to minimize them. Please help!! Thank you.
