My Life on the roller coaster of weight loss
i am trying to get off the roller coaster of weight gain / loss. once and for all i want to get healthy and i am trying weight loss before i start excercising. i have a large family and we cook for at least 6 people at a time and that just makes it so easy to eat unhealthy (not an excuse, just easy) so now they can eat healthier too... Started working out and I'm gaining weight. Is this normal?
I am a 32 year old woman. I have changed my diet to contain no carbonated drinks, higher protein, and drinking at least 5 bottles of water a day. Beating lethargy by lifting weights
My boyfriend has bad knees - the cartilage in them is broken up and feels like sand inside the joint. Therefore, they are extremely painful. He can barely walk for 5 minutes with out them hurting immensely, let alone doing any other kind of exercise. starting a diet
I am starting a new diet.I've never been very good at sticking to diets.I mean I don't wanna get super thin,but I think it would be best if I lost a couple of pounds so that I don't have to worry about any future health problems.
