motorized

my body feels bigger using a motorized treadmill even at the pace of 4.6and an incline of 7 at 50 minutes of use what gives iwant to be smaller!

My Life on the roller coaster of weight loss

Started working out and I'm gaining weight. Is this normal?

Beating lethargy by lifting weights

My boyfriend has bad knees - the cartilage in them is broken up and feels like sand inside the joint. Therefore, they are extremely painful. starting a diet

I am starting a new diet.I've never been very good at sticking to diets.I mean I don't wanna get super thin,but I think it would be best if I lost a couple of pounds so that I don't have to worry about any future health problems.
