Beating lethargy by lifting weights

My boyfriend has bad knees - the cartilage in them is broken up and feels like sand inside the joint. Therefore, they are extremely painful. starting a diet

I am starting a new diet.I've never been very good at sticking to diets.I mean I don't wanna get super thin,but I think it would be best if I lost a couple of pounds so that I don't have to worry about any future health problems.

Bland Plus

Had success with the bland diet for diarrhea control.  What foods can I gradually add to the bland diet?  What is in the middle of Bland and Regular?

Exercise Equipment

I have a gym membership, however I would like to purchase one piece of fitness equipment to have at my home on those days when I can't make it to the gym.  Which piece of equipment would give me the best results?  (stationary bike, treadmill, elliptical?)
