Hey, hey there! Are you a young girl going through some though times? Do not blame it on food! I repeat- DO NOT BLAME IT ON FOOD! In another words do not eat your self to death if you gained a couple pounds or seems impossible to lose weight. Weight lose happens in steps, not all at one time.
