Stalled Wieghtloss
For the past 8 weeks i've been religously following a diet and excerise plan. 5 days out of the week i do aerobic exercise for 45-60 min (a different work out dvd each time) followed by 40 min of strength and toning exercises using free wieghts. motivated
I am 150 lbs but only 5ft 2 ins and I have set a fitness goal of losing over 20 pounds, my challenge is I do not particularly like to exercise and I enjoy cooking!!!what type of exercise program would you recommend to help me meet my goal???
