Gain Weight Healthily

I am a 46 year old female and need to gain weight.  I currently weigh 132lbs and need to be at about 138 lb to be a size 4 and look healthy.   I am afraid however to have the weight sit in my mid section I want it on my behind an legs.  How can I gain those pounds and have it evenly distributed?
