Eating after 6pm
I have noticed thoughout the past several weeks, that NOT eating after 6pm decreased my weight by about 5 pounds per week. I only drank water after 6pm and had my last meal (supper) at 5:30pm. Hope it works for all who want to lose weight fast!

My aching knee and foot! (exercise equipment question)
My treadmill is gathering dust. It hurts my knee and I also have developed Plantar Fasciitis. In my quest to exercise I am having difficulty deciding on a new piece of equipment. I need an opinion or two on whether I should get a recumbent bike or an elliptical machine awith my condition .
