gaining weight

I am a 20year old male and im 6"6 tall and i weigh 180lbs. I need to gain weight and i want to know how i can do it healthy instead of eating mcdonalds and burger king all day. Is there a specific diet plan you can give me to gain weight.

Workout method

Is is harmful to do a workout in which the upper body and lower body is integrated into one thing? Like do a set of curls, then a set of squats. In other words, constantly be working a muscle but from a different part of the body.  Is this bad good, or just the same as a normal workout.

I am a procrastinator when it comes to health and exercise. While i do watch what i eat (portion, content etc), exercise is somthing i have problem sticking to.
