Possible to reduce neck size?

Hi...I was recently diagnosed with sleep apnea.  I'm a 40 year old male, 190#, 5'10.  Only a little overweight but I've always had a fat neck, which contributes greatly to sleep apnea.  I'm wondering...are there any specific exercises that can help reduce neck size?  I dont want to do anything that would increase any muscle... Read moreChevron

i am having a real tuff time losing weight. i am 5 ft and weigh about 280 lbs. i am 49 years old. i am not active like i should be. any tips on starting an exercise program. also on healthy eating habits. thank you!!!

I am currently a very fast mile and a half runner, recently i have been doing weight training with friends and find it very rewarding. I have just started taking protein shakes and wondered if these shakes are going to have an impact on my running ability. Any answers?
