i have aproblem with sweat

I joined a gym about 7 months ago but i don't seem to be sweating as much as other people they tell me that it takes time but seven months is enough is there a way you can either make your body sweat i heard driking vitamins and omega 3 helps you burn more calories is that true??

Weight in Gym Machines

I have been working on doing weight training on the machines at the gym such as legs and arms. My question is ... How many pounds is in each of the black blocks on the weight machines?
