1/2 tsp of sugar on a slice of bread with peanut butter
please help me...my 9 yr old likes to have a slice of bread with a tablespoon of peanut butter (no butter) and then sprinkles a half teaspoon of sugar on it...she then folds it and eats it. this is something she really enjoys and she will only have one. she does not like jam and likes jam and peanut butter even less. is this ok... 1 goal in mind
My boyfriend and I have been togethor 6 years. When I met him I weighed 140lbs. Lost weight doing Atkins down to 128lbs and never felt better in my life. Over time I gained weight now 170lbs.
