Exercising but not losing

I am 5'5" and +/- 140 lbs.  I started running 1 1/2 years ago and have since gained 5 lbs during training for a half marathon.  I run 20 to 25 miles a week and take (3) body pump classes, (1) spinning class and (1) 2 hour aerobics class, but I am not able to shed the last 10 lbs.  I eat healthy foods, good carbs (unprocessed),... Read moreChevron

Dieting & Exercising But Gaining Weight

I am 38 years old and female. I have yo-yo dieted for years. Currently, I have a nutritionist and I am following a 2000 calorie a day food plan.
