Confusion: Caloric Intake vs Activity Output

i have aproblem with sweat

I joined a gym about 7 months ago but i don't seem to be sweating as much as other people they tell me that it takes time but seven months is enough is there a way you can either make your body sweat i heard driking vitamins and omega 3 helps you burn more calories is that true??
