HI I JUST WANTED TO SHARE MY STORY. BACK ON JULY 12TH, 2007 MY PARK DISTRICT OFFERED A WATER AEROBICS CLASS AND A NUTRITION CLASS. MY HUSBAND AND I THOUGHT WHY NOT TRY THESE CLASSES AS WE BOTH HAD 30 -35 LBS  TO LOSE. I WAS SO HAPPY WITH THE RESULTS. Turning a "worst moment of your life" into a real plus

lost weight and feeling healthier!
