Need some help...

Weighing In: How do I lose weight on a bland diet?

Question: I recently found out that I have stomach ulcers and I need to be on a bland food diet for awhile. I also recently quit smoking and gained 10 pounds. what is the best exercise(s) for me?

everything right and no results

I am so frustrated with my inability to lose weight that it's completely getting in my head and ruining my everyday life. I want to feel good about myself, but putting in the effort doesn't seem to work.
