Building muscle and not losing fat
I'm 37, 5'4" and weigh 134 pounds. I have been trying forever to lose 5-8 pounds. Sometimes I feel good, sometimes not.

I need to lose 25lbs in order to keep my job!
I am a soldier in the U.S. Army I am 18y/o, I'm 64" tall, and I weigh 165lbs. I have a very slow metabolism, I excersize daily, and eat no fried or greasy food(though my portion control needs to be improved).
