Weighing In: Proteins, cabohydrates, fats - how much do we need?

Need some help...

  I have been on a major diet for about 25 weeks now, and lost a total of 40-lbs, but need some help to keep it coming off.  I was averaging about 2-lbs per week now I am down to maybe .5-lbs per week.  So have some questions on what I need to do to help get my metabolism up more and get back to taking off 1 to 2-lbs per... Read moreChevron
