Cross Trainers.

Hello, for many weeks now i have been using a cross trainer hoping for slimmer legs. but for some reason i feel as if they are getting bigger. Quite muscular, but maybe its just me im not sure. is it common for cross trainers to make legs bulky? or thin?   Hope you can help. From Samantha.

I need to lose 25lbs in order to keep my job!

 I am a soldier in the U.S. Army I am 18y/o, I'm 64" tall, and I weigh 165lbs. I have a very slow metabolism, I excersize daily, and eat no fried or greasy food(though my portion control needs to be improved). Losing fat content of body

Hello,   I am 21yr. old male, currently I am working on losing the fat content of my body I am having a hard time losing the fat around my sides of stomach and also have some fat accumulated in between the chest and wings parts so could you please suggest me some effective exercise and diet and supplements for the same, Thanking you..

hopeful?

Gymnastics

I am a 20 yr old female that was in gymnastics for 10 years. I have developed the biggest thighs (containing muscle). I have never been able to get rid of them. I just want straight fit thighs not huge thighs. What can I do to minimize them. Please help!! Thank you.
