Orange Juice vs. Milk

  My parents and I disagree over whether I should drink Kroger 2% Milk versus Florida's Natural Orange Juice with Vitamin D and Calcium. Meals for recovering anerexic

Please give suggestion on re-feeding for a teenage anerexic. She is a vegetairian, we are to supportively refeed her. Am unsure if I should just make her eat a little or the full normal amount? Additionally, she is a "vegetarian". Your help is greatly appreciated.
