Weight in Gym Machines

I have been working on doing weight training on the machines at the gym such as legs and arms. My question is ... How many pounds is in each of the black blocks on the weight machines? weight loss plateau

I'm a 21 year old girl at 5"2. My weight is currently 9 stone and 10lbs. I started dieting this time last year when I stepped on the scales and saw that I had made it to 11 stones!.. Not losing ANY weight no matter how hard I try?!........
