Tough Love in Action

Finding a way to encourage others to both understand and believe in a new point of view may not be enough to propel them into action. Individuals must actually care about what they believe if their belief is going to get them to change. - My goal is to get clients to care about and believe in themselves.  They are worth it!

Shrink my waistline!!!

Hi!I am a very active female. I am 20 years old, 5"7 and about 130 lbs. I go to the gym usually about 5-6 times a week. My question is, what else can I do to shrink my waistline?
