helping my 13 yo overweight begin a sustainable workout program

My son just turned 13. He is overweight, and not very active phycically. He wants to begin going to the gym with me and I want to get him off on the right track to sustain a program for life. I have started him with stretching and walking, throwing in 10 crunches/day. I need help on keeping him focused, interested, and making it fun.

It will be a long-term goal.40lbs to... Read moreChevron

It seems I need a lot of support for things like this and I heard people online can be very... Read moreChevron
