ok so i'm i'm 17 and i'm 5'7 female and 210 pounds. i've lived with being fat since i was 10 and i hate it. i mean i'm tired of looking and feeling the way i do i even just quit smoking. i would willing sit down and eat a nice large salad or eat sushie or w/e but i'm a very picky eater. i hate nearly all sorts of veggies and i hate seafood. so my question is what kinds of foods are out there that are healthy inexpensive that could help me on my way to be healthier?

Hello Jamie91,

When you look at the statistics for the food your eating make sure it is low in sugar, fat, and carbohydrates. Unfortunately the classic fresh food that is good in this way is veggies and fruits. You might just have to force them down (no extras or frying or anything like that). Also you should be exercising regularly. Diets are good but they usually arent enough. Regular exercise is key. Start off with a long walk and progess to more as you feel more confident.
