Q: I need help, I am a 15 year old male and I am 5 feet and 8 inches. My weight is 142 lbs.. Is the normal for me or should I have more weight. And if I am underweight how do I start to get muscles.

This is a perfect height and weight. I am 16 yrs. old, 5' 8" and 145 pounds. Basically in the same boat as you and it's fine.

Your completely normal. At that age your able to exprience growth sprouts at intervals.

Thank you... because my family was saying that i was underweight and stuff because i used to weigh 150 lbs. but i weighed so much becasue i ate sweets and junk. And now that i rarely eat chips or sweets or fast food i lost weight and they saying that i was starving myself. But i knew that I felt perfectly healthy
