How can I lose 50lbs? I'm only 18 years old and I'm pretty big framed(runs in the family for males) I've been overweight for a long time and i'm sick of it, i'm to embarrassed to do things like swiming and going to the beach. I just can't stick to a diet. Now that I've been working a lot I don't have much time at home so I haven't been eating much. I've just been eating a small breakfest maybe a snack and then dinner. I've been taking daily vitamins so I'm still getting what I need but I just need some advice on what I should eat and how often I should eat, also what kinds of foods i need to stay away from.
