Don't Panic... now is a great time to learn how to stay healthy. Good heath starts with healthy habits of eating right and exercising.
Calories usually do not matter that much in children who are growing, but maybe you are done growing and need a little more guidance. Start with this basic guideline for Childhood Calories. Calories do not matter as much as what you eat. Less sugar and more fruit. Less carbs and more vegies. EAT FOOD, MOSTLY PLANTS, NOT TOO MUCH.
Exercise should be done daily, not just one routine but a variety of different ways to exercise. A brisk walk one day, can be followed by a bike ride the next. The main thing is that you need to sweat and get your heart beating faster. Don't cheat yourself. Give yourself the gift of exercise everyday for at least one hour per day.
A healthy life is a happy life. Enjoy.
