Hello Eclipse,   Yes veganism can be very healthy! unfortunately it is difficult to get everything you need so you must always be very careful to get the proper nutrients. If you need to, making a checklist or chart to help you remember to get certain areas might be a good idea. The best benefit of veganism is the general 'naturalness' of the food you eat. Your injected hormone intake will lessen greatly along with many other unatural, unhealthy additives. I hope this was encouraging sorry about the delay in getting back to you.
