Q: i AM VERY MUCH OVER WEIGHT AND I KNOW IT BUT I CANT SEEM TO GET IT IN MY HEAD TO STICK TO THE CHANGE IN EATING HEALTH. I HAVE 4 SMALL CHILDREN CLOSE TOGETHER IN AGE BUT MY LAST WAS TWINS. I NEED HELP
