what is the safest amount of wieght i could lose in 30 days

my mom that i have not seen in about a year is coming to see me in 30 days. i wanna look my best. i've lost 30 lbs since the last time she saw me, but i'd like to lose about 10-15 more. would it be safe to lose that much, that quick and if so what would be the most effective way to do that?

Hi Angel of Saturn:)

 

You can safely get close to the 10-15 pound mark.  If you want to lose the weight and keep if off, I don't recommend shooting for more than 2 pounds a week.  That is realistic and doable.  If you try to lose at a faster rate, you'll probably gain it back.  So, 2 pounds a week would get you down another 8 pounds!  Congrats on the 30 pounds you've already lost!
