I'm a 15 year old female, 5'5, and 120 pounds. I have tennis practice/conditioning 3-4 days per week. I either run 2 miles or walk for 45+ minutes 4+ days a week. I'm going to start weight lifting 3 days a week. In the past year I lost 30 pounds, but I think that I wasn't eating enough and have slowed down my metabolism. Thanks so much if you can help!
