often times, many people don't have time to do intensive exercises because of their busy lifestyles..

but i was wondering, if you keep your diet well balanced, eat several times a day, and eat the right foods, you could be fit.. as in have adequate amount of muscles (good body composition)

also, i'm on a weight gain program.. and have about 3~4 kg to go..

i don't want to gain fat and want as much lean muscles as possible

(for some reason, when your losing weight, you look slimmer at a same weight as t when your gaining)

A healthy diet is only one component of being healthy but it does not replace exercise which works out your joints, muscles, keeps bone strong and most importantly works your heart muscle - food cannot accomplish that.

To gain in a healthy way - just choose the superstars of the food groups:

Fruits and veggies of all kinds

Fat free dairy products

Nuts and seeds

Healthy lean proteins (white meats, fish, beans, legumes, eggs and egg whites, high protein pasta, soy)

Healthy fats like olive oil, avocado, nuts

Whole grain choices
