I am a 27 year old male I stand about 5 7 and I weigh about 185, so I am over weight. I have been lifting for 30 min, and running 2 miles and biking six about 3-4 times a week for one month and been running and biking for two months. Is this a good workout for losing weight? I have seen some weight loss but not as much as I had hoped. Also, how should I be eating to speed up the fat burning process? Are there things I absolutely need to avoid?
