Q: I am 49 yr old, 219 lbs, 5'2". Lost 25 lbs in 4 months with 0 exer. Now need faster weight loss.

Now found out going to Jamica in May.  Want to lose weight faster & safely.  How much can I exercise? Started 1 mile treadmill 3.5 mph 2 wks ago, knees hurt.  2 lbs weight lifting =sore elbows.  When pain begin to subside?  Should I keep going strong?  How much weight should I be able to work with?
