Am I overweight?
I am 12 years old. I am about 5"4 and weigh about 151 pounds. Am I overweight? Please Help!!!!!
you are a little overweight.
eat your three main meals, andd watch what they consist of.
eat something with fiber and drink alot of water, but not too much.
also exercise daily. you dont have to go like hardcore working out.
just run in place for a few minutes and do a feel crunches.
whatever you do, dont skip meals or starve yourself, it just makes you gain weight
and dont over-exercise. thats unhealthy and your body probably isnt used to it.
