Q: I am underweight. How do I increase my weight ?

My weight has been constant and correct for my height all my adult life. A year and a half ago, I got a virus that ended up in pneumonia.  Shortly after I started losing weight and since then I lost 17 lbs. I am 5' 9"  and my weight was 162 lbs for about 50 years; now it has gone down to 145.  My age is 89. My doctors say that I am in good health.  I would like to regain the lost weight if possible.
