I'm a 23 year old female who has had thyriod problems since I was around 17 years old. Back then I only weighted 95lbs. In the past 3 years I gained 45lbs (up to 140lbs) and lost 10 (now at 130lbs). I would like to lose another 20lbs so I could be at my ideal weight because I am only 5'1". What is a good diet that wouldn't interfer with my thyriod.
