Healthy eating habits can help.   Drink alot of water, if you are thirsty you may already be dehydrated. Water gives fat a ride out of the body, and dehydration can cause you to retain water.   If you are craving a soda or something sweet, drink a large glass of water. If you still crave it, you can have a little. You will be surprised what being thirsty will make you eat and drink.  For my sweet tooth, I sometimes eat plums, grapes, or apricots(not to excess) Replace a couple of meals a week with Lean Cuisine(this is my favorite brand) or other low cal. meal, and eat home cooked meals (this basically means that it didn't come out of a box. The more fresh ingredients you use the better)the rest of the time.   When you go out to eat, avoid the fried food as much as possible.
