WITH CERVIAL DISK SURGERY

I HAVE WENT THOUGH CERVICAL DISK SURGERY AND THE ONLY THING I WAS TOLD NOT TO SO IS DO NOT BEND OVER AND DO NOT LIFT EVEN A GALLON OF MILK.THE 2 WEEK X RAY WAS TAKEN LAST THURSDAY AND THE FUSION IS NOT WORKING.I WAS NOT PUT IN A NECK BRACE.WHAT SHOULD I DO TO HELP MAKE THIS FUSE FASTER?IS THERE ANY OTHER THINGS THAT I SHOULD OR SHOULDN'T DO?WHAT ABOUT MOVEMENT SHOULD I MOVE MY NECK OR JUST BE REALLY STILL?I AM HAVING A FEELING OF CHOKING ALL THE TIME IS THAT NORMAL? HE REPLACED C6-C7 AND A FUSION WAS DONE. THE QUESTION THAT I HAVE ASKED WERE JUST NOT ANSWERED. PLEASE HELP. THEY TOLD ME NOT DRIVE.THEY DID NOT WANT ME EVEN RIDING IN A CAR UNLESS I JUST HAD TO.I FEEL AS IF I AM TRAPED AND JUST DO NOT KNOW WHAT TO DO? AS FAR AS ACTIVITES.Frown

sir,

i have undergone cervical surgery in the year 2002 till then i never face any problem of driving vehicle lifting light weights etc. in fact i am more or less normal person expect 20% stiffness in hand fingures, and mild numness in legs. just few days back on wards i was unable to walk steadly. my physician asked me check thyroid problem later i will come to you
