In response to:
sir, i have undergone cervical surgery in the year 2002 till then i never face any problem of driving vehicle lifting light weights etc. in fact i am more or less normal person expect 20% stiffness in hand fingures, and mild numness in legs. just few days back on wards i was unable to walk steadly. my physician asked me check thyroid problem later i will come to you   yous frindly ravikuar
