Hi Barb, Looks like you need to change up your entire program. I'm almost certain that you need to crank up the intensity of your workouts.  If you have been doing the same nutrition, same cardio or workout for a long time with no results, you will continue to get the SAME results (not much) I wrote an article on breaking through plateaus that can point you in the right direction when it comes to changing up your workout routine.  Click on this link to read more http://www.healthcentral.com/diet-exercise/c/58426/21350/2-5-loss   The most simpliest diet you can ever do that works is to eat fewer carbs with every meal. This does not mean low or no carbs, it's simply taking the self discipline to eat half the french fries, half the bread, less pasta or instead of soda switch to unsweetened iced tea or water.   Let me repeat it.  This is so simple most people don't believe until you do it Here it is again: Take the amount of carbs you normally eat or drink with all your meals and just reduce them even if it's by a small amount and you will lose weight. No counting, no measuring, just reducing the amount of carbs just by a little bit.   Do this and change up or increase the intensity of your exercises and you will lose weight!   Let me know how you do!  Wishing you the best!   Kenn Kihiu http://www.dancexfitness.com
