I'm a male who weighs 182 pounds and i am 5' 7". I want to lose weight and build muscle.
I have started to lift weights to build muscle and i'v bought a tredmill to lose the weight. I would like to lose around 2 or 3 stone. I have been thinking about drinking a protein drink to help. Just woundering if you think this would be a good idea?
To lose weight - i would replace a meal with a protein drink - if that's really what you are looking to do. Otherwise just make sure each meal is a combo of lean protein (not always meat based)/small serving of healthy fat/whole grain-high fiber carbohydrate and use fruits and veggies for their anti-oxidant and water/fiber content as snacks along with a small serving of protein.

i brought a weight bench and i was benching almost 3 hours a day and i lost 4 stone just by doing this but it was with a 1hour run a day too. its easy to lose the weight its just having the time and dedercatoin to do it mate.
