Thanks for the question. I can be tricky to eat healthy while always on the run or studying. On top of this you work out regularly, all of which burns a lot of calories. Be sure to eat enough at meal times to satisfy your body's need for energy. If you still feel the urge to snack often, AOL has a list of healthy foods that can serve as appetite suppresants.   As a nursing student, you should know to ask your doctor before making any changes to your workout regimine or diet.
