eat a balanced meal, and also try taking chromium, im taking some aswell because i got my time of month and all i want is chocolate, but i do treat myself once or twice a week, i dont believ ein not enjoying but in moderation and savor it. lol.
Try taking a multi-vitamin everyday to meet all your vitamin deficiency, and exercise. maybe you are eating them out of boredom???
Maybe your not eating enough either, you workout quite a bit, your calorie intake should be at 1600-1800 cals a day!
try small snakes, eat something light, and keep snack all day. apple slices, nuts, yougurt, protein shake/protein bars, 1/2 penut butter sandwich, etc?
eat, but eat healthy.
