I am on tamoxifen for breast cancer treatment and I am having a hard time losing weight.

Any tips for me from others in my place? I am doing weight watchers to control the food, but the weight doesn't want to come off!

My treatments are under control. My doctor wants me to lose 10 pounds for my overall health! I keep very good tabs on by breast cancer (and am cancer free right now) and was looking for help - not insults and accusations!
