Q: I am on tamoxifen for breast cancer treatment and I am having a hard time losing weight.

Any tips for me from others in my place? I am doing weight watchers to control the food, but the weight doesn't want to come off!

why on earth you wanna lose weight

you should be more concerned with your breast cancer treatment

My treatments are under control. My doctor wants me to lose 10 pounds for my overall health! I keep very good tabs on by breast cancer (and am cancer free right now) and was looking for help - not insults and accusations!

I feel your pain.  I am also on Tamoxfin and I have been at the same size since I started treatment a year ago.  My doctor has also said that I should get back to my size before I begin my treatment, which was about 15 lbs lighter.  I have changed my diet, exercise, but nothing seems to help.  At least I am not gaining any weight, but I can not lose it either.  So do not beat yourself up.  It is the medicine.  Just continue to take care of yourself and eat right.

We are concern about our cancer and keeping the ideal weight, will help to make sure that we do not get a recurrence.
