You ned to go to the 'diet" and 'fitness" centers on the site and do some reading so you get some education.  You need to use the tools to figure out your calories per day and begin to learn the best foods to choose from each of the food groups.  Under fitness figure out a walking and weight training exercies plan.  You need to proactively learn and create a program for yourself.
