Need help with diabetes diet, right foods wrong foods

I need to find out if I can eat spagetti being diagnosed with diabetes , I was just told a week ago, I have diabetes and need help with my diet. Can anyone out there push me in the right direction. Or have any right or wrong food lists. thanks 45andloving it.
