Hi Twin Mum!

Congratulations on the twins and wanting to be a healthy fit mom too!

You are right.  A combination of all three.  Your question seems to sound as if you want to burn fat very quickly.  I urge you to take care of yourself and do it slowly.  Then, the weight loss will be permanent.  I am against running unless you have had your knees x-rayed and you know you have healthy joints, bones, etc.  There is so much hidden questions in your question.  If you would like to ask me more in detail.  Click on the link at my website for pamkamp.com.  I'd be happy to help you lose weight the healthy way.  Best wishes, Pam.
