I hope maybe this could help you: did find two kinds of thin bread made by Pepperidge Farm, white and wheat, only 40 calories a slice. Also, their white bread with a blue ribbon around the package (65/slice). Butterball packaged chicken breast (four-or-five slices, only 50 calories). Hellman's low-fat mayo, consider giving it a try, as a life-long addict to Hellman's regular, I can't hardly tell the difference and at only 50 calories a TABLESPOON that's a calorie bargain!!! I guess I'm thinking you could have some good sandwiches that way, by adding vegetables if you want...also, suposedly studies keep showing a calorie is a calories regardless of the source, I don't know if I totally believe it but I have lost over one-hundred lbs with the same 40 to go, and have encountered horribly long and extended plateaus. HEY YOUR CAREER IS HIGH-STRESS, stress is linked to weight, too. Thank you for what you do for the people in your community. Oh!!! Water. I like "Aquarius Spring" water...it's actual spring water, verified, owned by Coca-Cola (ultimately) and very fair-priced if you look around, I can get a 32-count case for $4.99 (at a store called Woodman's in Kenosha, WI). OH!!! If you can handle popcorn, that woudl be great, too. Again, thanks for what you do and it sounds like you are more than just mid-active, anyway. For what it's worth, John Stossel did a health report awhile back that insisted the time of caloric intake has no affect on weight loss. (Yeah, I question that theory, too). Basically, after much research, suposedly a very-well-done study, the conclusion was bottom-line: intake versus outgo. I'm in a sort of confined situation myself. Best to you :)
