I am on a vegan diet, and I go to the gym atleast 4 times a week but I still dont lose fat, I'm on a weight loss program but nothing seems to work, I dont understand because my eating has totally changed from before and I used to not exercise at all, so why am I not seeing results? I am 17 could I still be developing? I really want to lose weight because although I'm not really big, I am 5'4 and weigh 80kgs but I have large breasts and it restricts my breathing at night when I try to sleep.
