How does a 12 year old loose weight without being UN healthy
I am 12 years old and need help. How do I loose weight without being UNHEALTHY? Any healthy recipes might help
Well I'am 12 aswell.An the uncertain answer for this question is to diet an exercise.I know it is easer siad than than done
,But all you have to do is look for foods that you would like maby most of them you may not like but you can research on healthy foods and over a period of time you will get use to them around an estamated 28 days.For the exercise portion,swimming,Football,basketball etc... sports are good exercise and hobbies or you could get a group of firends to help you keep on track an I can garante you,you will still be healthy.Oh an I don't have any recipes at the moment.
